New Play Area for Yard Time.
On Friday the 14th May, 3rd class used the grass area for yard for the first time! It's a much bigger space for us to play in.

Positive Pop Art!
Both Third Classes worked together to create a beautiful positive emotion pop art display which we hung on the wall between our two classrooms.

Shane's class
Our new school!
We are loving our new school here in Second class. The rooms are bright and big and we have so much space. We are learning so much about the outdoors and Spring time. We often go to our outdoor classroom where we can hear the birds singing and the stream trickling by. We are also really enjoying the fantastic school facilities like the spacious sports hall and our running path.
We really care about our planet so we made these posters as a class.
Welcome to all the children to 2nd Class. We are looking forward to a very exciting year full of learning and fun. You can keep up to date with our activities and progress here.
ACTIVE HOME LEARNING
Physical activity is a very important part of children's health and development and we will be doing lots of exercise this year. The children have active homework and the exercises are in the home learning folder. The exercises should be completed every Tuesday and Thursday. Every month the exercises will change, please see below the plan for September.
Active homework: Shane’s 2nd class
Circuit
Star Jumps x 10
Squats x 10
High knees x 10
Push up x 5
Burpees x 5
Repeat the circuit twice
To be completed every Tues and Thurs for the month of September
